The APP Group appoints General Manager, Advisory NSW to drive growth across planning business

The APP Group has announced the appointment of Lachlan Tibbles as the new General Manager of Advisory services within our NSW Property and Social Infrastructure business. 

Lachlan brings 10 years of experience in the property, infrastructure and legal services industries and has overseen the roll-out of property acquisition programs on major projects in various linear infrastructure sectors.

Lachlan brings a wealth of experience having previously held positions as NSW Technical Manager for Tactix-SENER Group consulting as NSW Property Acquisition Lead at ARTC Inland Rail, Senior Manager of Land Information and Corridor Planning for Transport for NSW, Land Access and Acquisitions Manager for TransGrid, In-House Solicitor at Aventus Property Group (now Home Co.) and as a Solicitor practicing in land and environment at Mardens Law Group.

He joins The APP Group at a key moment in the delivery of its growth strategy and at a time of change in approaches to planning and regulation.
