Driven by the Blacktown community’s passionate call for more arts and cultural spaces, The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre will be delivered as one of the seven transformational projects funded as part of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants program. This facility is designed to inspire creativity, foster inclusion, and empower local artists and creative communities to thrive. It will also enable future generations to contribute, collaborate and celebrate diverse stories in this space.
The APP Group was engaged as Program Manager for the delivery of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants program for Blacktown City Council. Our team will be delivering projects through the project lifecycle, from ideas inception to commissioning and operations, working closely with Blacktown City Council to significantly enhance the lives and livelihoods of the Blacktown community.
