City of Joondalup Strategic Infill Options Review

One of the largest local government areas in Perth, the City of Joondalup, is undertaking a review of its Local Planning Strategy – an important exercise that will lay the foundations for its local planning framework, particularly its planned locations for housing infill as part of its requirement to meet State Government dwelling targets.  

The APP Group, in partnership with Hames Sharley, was engaged to prepare infill housing strategy options for the City of Joondalup. The project involves extensive engagement and analysis of the varied impacts of potential approaches to accommodate housing targets.
