Western Sydney Grants Infrastructure Program – Campbelltown City Council

Transforming community infrastructure in Sydney’s southwest. 

The APP Group is supporting Campbelltown City Council with a transformational program of community infrastructure projects. Funded by the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants Scheme (formerly known as WestInvest), the $180 million program will deliver much-needed new infrastructure to the Campbelltown community. 

The APP Group has been engaged to provide end-to-end project and program management services, drawing on our extensive experience delivering major programs for government agencies across New South Wales.

A total of 21 projects will be delivered over the next three years, including:

  • A $79 million arts and culture centre
  • A sports and health centre of excellence
  • A road and pedestrian bridge
  • Town centre public domain works
  • Parkland and wayfinding works
  • Community and amenity building extensions
