As part of its continued evolution, Chadstone invested $200 million to develop an integrated mixed-use precinct to house a range of retail, commercial and lifestyle offerings. The development includes three key components including a new Fresh Food precinct with additional focus on workplace, wellness and lifestyle retailers, car park expansion, and a new nine storey commercial office building. A new subterranean Logistics Hub will be built as part of the Fresh Food precinct which will include 30 controlled truck bays to service the centre and a new commercial office building.
The APP Group is providing project management services for the Chadstone Integrated Fresh Food and Mixed-Use Precinct project. The role covers staging and programming the development, aligning the program to project criteria, and ensuring the ongoing operation of the shopping centre.
