The opportunity:
We are seeking confident and consultative Senior Project Manager/s to join our Energy & Utilities team.
With a dedicated team of professionals and a track record of successful projects, we pride ourselves on innovation, integrity, and excellence in all aspects of our work.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Someone who is currently working across the full project lifecycle from concept to completion; include client liaison, managing and developing client briefs, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in Energy, Utilities, Data Centres, Industrial warehouses or any other Major Project experience highly beneficial.
- Professional qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management highly beneficial
- Strong technical/electrical/base build understanding, with the ability to manage construction contracts and contract administration
- Confident, consultative and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the potential to lead teams and forge positive internal and external relationships
- Exceptional business acumen, integrity, credibility and professionalism
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, coupled with proficiency in project management tools and software, Procore experience highly beneficial
- Highly motivated with a keen desire to learn, develop and be a valued team member
