Andrew Wilson accredited as Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP)

Congratulations to Andrew Wilson who has been awarded accreditation under the NSW Department of Planning and Environment’s Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP) Scheme. 

The REAP Scheme has recently been implemented in planning regulations to improve quality assurance by ensuring that only suitably qualified practitioners can review and sign off on Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for State Significant Developments (SSD) and State Significant Infrastructure (SSI) projects. 

Andrew is The APP Group’s principal planner for State Significant Projects. With over 30 years of urban planning experience, Andrew has played a central role in the management of numerous successful Planning Proposals and DAs across a range of environments and property sectors. 

The REAP Scheme is part of the Rapid Assessment Framework suite of system improvements designed to increase the efficiency and quality of major project assessments.
