The APP Group finds a new home within the Bureau Veritas Group, strengthening its Building and Infrastructure business in Australia. This follows a successful four-year partnership with Five V Capital that facilitated significant growth, business transformation and acquisitions.
After 35 years, The APP Group has positioned itself as a trusted and reliable partner to government, infrastructure owners and large corporate and private clients, supporting some of Australia’s most complex property and infrastructure projects. Current flagship project engagements include the North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, Cross River Rail, Sydney Metro, Western Harbour Tunnel, Chadstone and the John Hunter Health and Innovation Precinct Redevelopment in Newcastle.

The acquisition expands Bureau Veritas’ Building and Infrastructure capabilities by adding significant project management assistance expertise to asset owners, as well as construction management, independent project verification and certification and leverageable scale to support growth in the wider Asia Pacific region.
