We tailor our service to the specific requirements of each Owner and their unique internal reporting procedures. As Owner’s Representative in the delivery of a project, we work closely with our Client’s internal stakeholders to understand fully their requirements and act on their behalf in the delivery phase. This may include managing the Contractor (as Owner’s Representative under the contract) and the consultant team in a typical project management capacity.
APP can also act in an extended role on behalf of the client to manage the relationship with future stakeholders in a commissioning or handover phase, such as a hotel operator.
