The opportunity:

Our Property and Social Infrastructure team have a newly created role for an Operations and Administration Coordinator - National.

The successful candidate will assist the senior leaders and their teams with all national operational and administrative requirements, this will ensure smooth day-to-day of the business unit/s, including but not limited to:

  • Effectively manage internal projects supporting operations and key account directors
  • Support internal processes for smooth operations, reporting and data collection.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational matters and administration as directed but not limited to finance, human resources, business development opportunities, marketing and events and systems.
  • Managing spreadsheets, IT platforms and creating a variety of reports 
  • General administrative assistance to your team
  • Lead team culture initiatives.

About You:

You will also further possess:

  • Proactive, self–motivated with the drive and commitment to make the difference to the team. 
  • Agile and adaptable, as the nature of our work is constantly evolving, we need people who thrive in this type of environment
  • Keen interest in learning new skills and development within the administration/projects space
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong relationship building and rapport building skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
  • Relevant and comparable experience working in an agile, fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365/Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Suite experience ideal
