Welcome Emmanuel and Nathali

APP welcomed two new faces to our Queensland branch – Nathali Le and Emmanuel Vasiliou as part of our continued growth in the region.
Welcome Nathali and Emmanuel

Emmanuel Vasiliou joins us a Project Manager with experience in health and Defence work. He has worked on the $15M Longreach Hospital and Aramac projects, as well as the $42M new Gladstone Emergency Department and the $94M Roma Hospital redevelopment. He also worked on the business case for the new Logan Hospital car park. His Defence work included minor works at Enoggera Barracks and an environmental audit of a number of Defence bases. Emmanuel has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and Business Management from QUT.

Nathali joins APP from Canberra and has a strong background in fitout project management experience, base build upgrades and management of multiple projects and portfolios of work. Currently undertaking her masters in project management, Nathali’s recent projects included the delivery of a portfolio of 50 Centrelink Centres for the Australian Government for a total of $190M; the $20M Industry House project for AREF; a $1.5M upgrade of the Gungahlin Village Carpark; a $20M office project for the Department of Defence Estate Office; as well as portfolio wide projects for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the University of Canberra Capital Works programme.
