APP subsidiary CI Australia and the Roads & Maritime Services have been jointly recognised for the Elizabeth Bay Marina which is a finalist for the Award for Government Leadership. The Elizabeth Bay Marina project was a coordinated effort between the owner and developer RMS, managing agent CI Australia, and project manager APP. The revitalised marina officially opened in March 2018 with a modern, innovative and environmentally conscious design that uses iron bark cladding, a rainwater tank to repurpose rainwater, and solar panels for energy efficiency resulting in an award-winning design.
1 William Street (1WS) is a finalist in three categories: Award for Best Sustainable Development - New Buildings, Award for Best Workplace Project, and the Award for Best Office Development. The Queensland Government appointed APP in early 2012 as Project Manager of 1 William Street (1WS) Brisbane. Completed in 2016, 1WS was Queensland’s largest high rise office development and is currently Australia’s largest government relocation and integration project.
Brookfield Place Tower 2 is a finalist in two categories: Award for Best Office Development, and Award for Best Sustainable Development – New Building. APP was commissioned by the developer, contractor and major tenant to provide Independent Certifier services on the 5 Star Green Star Premium Grade office tower comprising efficient, column-free floor plates, ground floor conference facilities and state-of-the-art end of trip facilities. The Brookfield Place precinct includes retail, restaurants, public space and a new sheltered walkway across Mounts Bay Road.
