What projects took place in 2020 in Queensland?

260 Queen Street:
Ground to podium levels refurbishment and new face for this signature land mark building on behalf of Hines. Read more about this project here.

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside:
A new hybrid operating theatre, ICU, recovery, staff amenities and associated works. Read more about this project here.

Store Local Hendra:
Started work on a new self-storage facility for Storelocal on a prominent site at Hendra. Read more about this project here.

Brigidine College Indooroopilly:
A new multilevel STEM building named the Marian Centre which is the new epicentre of learning for Mathematics, Sciences and Technologies students at St Brigidine College.

Ithaca Creek State School:
Work commenced on a new general learning facility and associated heritage works at this iconic inner-city school. Read more about this project here.

QUT Oodgeroo Unit:
A refurbishment of the QUT Kelvin Grove indigenous computer labs and associated works. Read more about this project here.

Mater Private Hospital:
Extensive concurrent refurbishment of six operating theatres at the Mater Private South Brisbane. Read more about this project here.

Illawarra Retirement Trust:
A program of refurbishment and repair works at IRT’s Sunshine Coast retirement living facilities. More information on this project coming soon.

University of Southern Queensland:
A program of infrastructure upgrades at their Toowoomba campus. Read more about this project here.

Australian Country Choice:
A range
of facility upgrades for their Murrarie meat processing facility. Read more about this project here.

Goodstart Early Learning:
A program of upgrades and floor recovery works for the national childcare operator. More information on this project coming soon.


Others:

A program of works for the ASX listed funeral care provider Invocare; an independent certifier role on one of Queensland’s largest infrastructure projects; and a range of branch fit-out projects for Westpac/St George Banks.

As we launch into 2021, we do so with a flexible attitude, knowing that our expertise and experience enables us to take on a variety of projects. This year, we will also be focusing on health and education projects.
