Our new premises at 145 Eagle Street, Brisbane

Our office move is now done and the boxes mostly unpacked. APP’s Queensland office has completed its move to Level 14, 145 Eagle Street.

The move was prompted by a lease expiry at our former 143 Coronation Drive address, and a very competitive city leasing environment. A CBD address is a change for APP and our staff are enjoying the new location.

Mater has engaged APP as Project Manager for a concurrent upgrade of six operating theatres and related works at its leading Brisbane facility - Mater Private Hospital Brisbane. The project will be completed by early 2021 to allow for procedures to recommence after the Christmas period.

In addition, APP have been asked to assist StoreLocal with due diligence, design management, DA support and project management of another proposed facility on Brisbane’s south side.
