The first floor of the new facility contains two biology labs and two chemistry labs on a flexible floorplan that allows for the labs to be combined, allowing for larger classes and experimetns to be undertaken. In addition to this, the ground floor accommodates spaces for technology learning and virtual reality applications. Students will also be able to 3D print objects in the new Digi Lab.
The new STEM building provides the college with state-of-the-art facilities for Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Technology and allows for hands-on learning for students.
The college will commence using the building in late November 2019 and we’re looking forward to seeing teachers and students enjoying the new facility.
