CI Australia’s Sean Doolan said the centre was on a highly strategic corner site and would adjoin a new child care centre. “It’s a large and prominent site, and the proposed development will also include a swim school so there will be mix of very complementary uses which will make this a location of choice within the catchment,” he said.
“We are specifically looking for a pharmacy of around 400 square metres and medical imaging businesses of around 250 square metres, along with a number of other consulting and medical professional suites.”
“Of particular interest is that the spaces can be configured to suit the needs of prospective tenants.”
