APP has been appointed to project manage the works involving the demolition of an existing block of single storey classrooms to make way for a new 3-storey building with 16 collaborative general learning areas, car parking, break-out learning areas, amenities, infrastructure upgrades, landscaping and associated external works.

The new learning spaces, designed by Stanton Dahl Architects, are in the early planning stages awaiting Council approval of the DA.

The new learning spaces will provide a central teaching area for students from years 7 to 10, as well as increasing the total student population to 1380. The new external carpark will also assist in alleviating some pressure from nearby streets.

Provided the DA application is approved, construction is expected to commence in Early December 2019.
