Delivering commercial office space in Sydney’s CBD
APP has been on an exciting journey with Westpac over the last six years to deliver a 60,000m2 space at Barangaroo and a further 63,000m2 at 275 Kent Street, Sydney.
APP was engaged by Westpac to support its negotiations for an Agreement for Lease associated with Westpac’s agile workplace at Barangaroo and upgrades to Westpac’s Head Office at 275 Kent Street, as well as project managers for the refurbishment of its existing Head Office fitout at 275 Kent Street.
The key personnel, instrumental to making these projects come to fruition, include:
Paul Chapple – Project Lead
As the client interface and lead for the Agreement for Lease development, negotiation and administration, Paul is responsible for the service delivery of the entire APP team.
Christina Hammond – Workplace Lead
Christina is responsible for the commercial office team on 275 Kent Street. Christina works with Westpac’s projects representatives, design team and MPA to deliver a refurbished 60,000m2 fitout.
David Harburg – Workplace Project Manager
David is integral in administering the agreement between Westpac and MPA for the fitout to achieve design, time, cost and quality objectives.
Jessica Zhang – Skyrise Workplace Project Manager
Jessica supported the design and delivery of the Skyrise Levels 24-31 of the 275 Kent Street Development.
Jackson Row – Assistant Workplace Manager
Jackson assists in the delivery component of 275 Kent Street fitout. He manages coordination of RFI’s variation assessments, and documentation for the construction and occupation certificates.
Joyce Cheung – Agreement for Lease Manager Barangaroo Tower
Joyce worked closely with Westpac to administer the Agreement for Lease, between Westpac and Lend Lease for the delivery of the Barangaroo Tower Two development.
