APP was engaged to provide project management services for the development, consisting of 154 apartments over 14 storeys. We also provided design management services on the John Wardle Architect design, as well as managed the recent tender and award process of Head Contractor.
The now appointed head contractor, Hacer Group, is demolishing the two existing buildings on the site whilst retaining the existing façade in preparation for construction of the three level basement carpark.
The development was successfully launched to the market in February 2017, reaching pre-sale quotas. The planning endorsement and authority approvals were successfully obtained and construction of the basement retention works is set to commence in October 2017, with basement works continuing through to early 2018.
APP will continue project management delivery services for Cbus Property for the duration of construction and through to project completion.
