What projects have you worked on with APP so far?

I’ve worked on a mix of industrial and commercial projects including Project 202 multi-use building, SA Tutti Arts Relocation, Colonnades Lower Level Upgrade, Port Adelaide Distribution Centre Fire Services Upgrade and many others.

Do you find your architecture credentials give you special insights in your role? Why?

A background in architecture helps me to understand the design process and gives me the opportunity to help ‘bridge the gap’ between design and the wider project drivers such as programme, budget, leasing objectives and business or operational requirements.

Describe your dream project and why?

My dream project is not necessarily a project ‘type’. It would simply be a project that presents a challenge to produce an outcome that is meaningful while working alongside a passionate and involved project team.

What do you love most about working as a Project Manager?

I enjoy the fact that no two days are ever the same. I love feeling of contributing to something meaningful with the potential to change the built or cultural environment within a community.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work I try to strike a balance between keeping healthy, and also slowing down to spend time with family.
