CI is on a growth path to expand nationally. Leveraging APP's connections and APP's parent organisations Broadspectrum and Ferrovial, will provide CI the access to widening global markets. A growing presence in Melbourne and licences acquired for further national expansion, means that CI is able to offer major portfolios, clients and local councils a national full-suite service.
CI’s clients continue to strongly support the business, with Roads and Maritime Services and RailCorp (Sydney Trains) re-signing and expanding the management of their extensive portfolios. CI has also acted for Government Property NSW on a diverse range of transactions. The recent completion of three portfolios, with more appointments to come, has resulted in significantly lifting CI’s transaction average from an average sale price of $20-$50M to $90-$200M.
In line with this national and corporate growth, CI has grown internally with new additions to their department teams and the implementation of several social initiatives to drive health, work and family balance. The introduction of an employee recognition program has driven greater staff engagement. Upgrades to IT software and systems, together with the provision of mobile devices, has also enabled greater flexibility and efficiency across the work place.
