Will has extensive experience in the delivery of affordable housing, build-to-rent, senior living and mixed-use developments. Prior to APP, he worked in development economics in London, advising clients on affordable housing requirements under the regulatory regime as well as producing appraisals for a range of clients including British Land, Grosvenor, Transport for London and Greystar. Will originally moved to the UK in 2017 to complete his masters in Housing and City Planning at the University College London. Before moving to London, he worked in Sydney for the Department of Family and Community Services in the Millers Point Accommodation Secretariat, which was responsible for overseeing the divestment of ex-social housing properties. Will also spent the early part of his career as a policy manager for both the Property Council of Australia and the Financial Services Council.
He is currently immersed in several projects including the Christmas Island Aged Care Business Case, the St. Ives Retirement Village, The Australind Community Hub Feasibility Plan and running some early numbers for the master planning of a significant landholding in Dawesville. His experience and passion in the affordable housing sector adds considerable capability to APP’s service offering.
Outside of the office Will enjoys developing his own film, traveling and surf boat rowing.
