APP welcomes two new Executive appointments

APP welcomes Vanessa De Bono as Chief Financial Officer and Leigh Braddick as Chief People Officer to the Executive Team.

With over 30 years of experience, Vanessa is a senior executive having held several leadership roles within the luxury apparel, accessories, and healthcare industries. Vanessa will lead the group’s financial operations and will continue to ensure APP’s strong approach to governance and financial discipline is maintained.

Vanessa started her career with Pricewaterhouse in Australia before moving to L’Oreal Luxury Group Australia where she held the position of General Manager Finance & Administration. Vanessa then spent 11 years with Louis Vuitton, initially as Finance Director of Louis Vuitton Oceania, then as SAP Project Director for Asia, and her last position was Chief Financial Officer of Louis Vuitton China. Upon her return to Australia, Vanessa held the position of Chief Financial and Operating Officer and Company Secretary of the OrotonGroup and most recently she was contracted as a Corporate and Financial Consultant to CleanSpace Technology.

Leigh is a senior executive with experience across the full range of human resources functions including organisational strategy, leadership, culture, performance, reward and talent management. He prides himself on the ability to take complex issues and create simple, yet impactful solutions. His passion and genuine interest in thriving people will help APP compete as an industry-leading employer.

In his most recent role at Dexus, Leigh was the Group Head of People & Culture, designing and delivering policies, programs and initiatives that helped the business diversify, navigate change and sustainably perform during a $33bn growth period.

Leigh is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, accredited in various leadership and culture diagnostics and has more than 20 years of human resources management and leadership training.
