APP welcomes Panayota Koutroulis as Project Director and Craig Jacobs as General Manager, Infrastructure.

Panayota brings expertise both in the public and private sector, having worked as an architect before moving into construction and project management.

Panayota has successfully led the delivery of complex construction projects and programs across the full asset lifecycle in multiple sectors including hospitality, education, residential, mixed-use, and commercial.

In addition, Panayota brings with her an in-depth understanding of the machinery of government, risks with school construction, stakeholder needs, procurement guidelines, procedures and reporting requirements developed through her extensive experience working within the Australian Government, most recently at School Infrastructure New South Wales (SINSW).

She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of South Australia, in addition to qualifications in project management, advanced contracts administration, and property development. Panayota is also a member of the Property Council of Australia, National Association of Women in Construction, Women in Design and Construction, and the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Panayota aims to drive positive change to deliver quality outcomes for her clients and takes a proactive and collaborative approach to managing teams. She is skilled in stakeholder management, business case development, strategic planning, asset management, design management and construction management.

On her appointment, Panayota said she looks forward to joining APP at a time of exciting growth and opportunity.

Craig will focus on the Cross River Rail project based out of Queensland as the Independent Certifier’s Representative, supporting the Independent Certifier team with his extensive systems, signals and electrical experience.

With over 30 years of experience in the rail industry, Craig’s expertise spans across design, construction, testing and commissioning of rail infrastructure on a number of significant projects in Australia and the UK.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Institute of Railway Signaling Engineers.

Craig is a skilled stakeholder manager and strategic thinker, having had direct involvement in the rail sector by working with key clients on developing future initiatives for projects including Alliances, Design and Construct contracts and Early Contractor Involvement.
