We're excited to announce that APP's real estate business in NSW, Chesterton International (NSW) Pty Limited has changed its name to CI Australia Pty Limited (CI Australia). The announcement was made by Chesterton's Chief Executive Officer Andrew Hunter at an industry event in the Sydney CBD to mark the occasion.
Chesterton has been a fixture in the Sydney commercial property sector for decades, servicing the commercial, retail and industrial markets in the areas of investment sales, asset management, facilities management and leasing. APP purchased the business in 2012.
“Rebranding to CI Australia is about positioning ourselves for the future ” said Andrew Hunter. “While we have a well-established and growing base in Sydney, we will soon have representation in Melbourne and Brisbane and are looking to expand further afield due to strong client demand."
In Sydney, CI Australia works closely with all major property companies and trusts as well as State Government clients including Railcorp and Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) to provide property management and other related real estate services on their extensive property portfolios. Mr Hunter is keen to see CI Australia transfer their knowledge and expertise to other states, for the benefit of similar clients. “We have helped our clients with their properties in NSW to make significant improvements through our range of services, including managing their property more efficiently, and we want to offer these skills to other States”.
