With a 10-year $25 billion infrastructure pipeline and strong economy, the opening of APP’s new office was a strategic decision to capitalise on growth and development opportunities in one of Australia’s fastest growing economies.
The new location will build on APP’s established capability to service clients and deliver projects in the Tasmanian market, having recently provided Owner’s Representative services for The Tasman Hotel project and currently managing a redevelopment project within the Northgate Shopping Centre.
This development also builds on APP’s prequalification with the Tasmanian Department of Treasury and Finance as a consultant in the areas of Strategic Asset Management and Project Management.
Originally founded in 1989 and currently headquartered in North Sydney, the growing APP business now has a presence in all major markets across Australia, with more than 400 employees supporting over 500 clients and 800 projects annually.
