InvoCare is an ASX-listed funeral services company that owns and operates funeral homes, cemeteries, and crematoria in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United States. The company operates 270 funeral home locations and 16 cemeteries and crematoria under various brands.
To meet the changing needs of InvoCare’s customers and to continue to generate profitable growth, the company is focused on identifying opportunities to optimise the brand and its network, adapt its product offering, increase market share, and maximise operational efficiencies.
APP has been contracted to deliver services across each phase of the project lifecycle which will include major and minor refurbishments to existing InvoCare locations, the planning and implementation of a number of new locations, and a range of services associated with the brand optimisation project.
Our broad services offering will cover PMO, Program and Project Management Services, Strategic Procurement, Property and Development Management, Statutory Planning and Strategic Master Planning, and Due Diligence Services.
