The refurbishment included a new exterior façade for the ground and podium floors in a design by architects Blight Rayner, which was revealed as scaffolding came down.

The podium levels will be occupied by WeWork while the ground floor Westpac tenancy has been reconfigured along with that of long term tenant Langfords.

APP was appointed to project manage the design finalisation and the contractor procurement phase of the project, which was awarded to BUILT. APP was then retained as project manager and superintendent for the construction and defects liability phases of the project.
