APP’s Graduate Program is designed to help graduates make the transition from study to full-time professional employment.  You will be provided with ongoing training and support (including APP’s Project Management Development Program) as you are exposed to a broad spectrum of work within your discipline.  You will also have the opportunity to rotate between project roles and divisions within APP for up to 12 months.

We believe in hands-on learning.  Through exposure to our business and our people you will find the tools you need to develop your skills and experience. Throughout the Program, you’ll have the support of an APP ‘buddy’ to guide you.

If you are currently undertaking a degree in one of the following disciplines, we would be delighted to receive your application:

• Civil Engineering
• Construction & Project Management
• Property Economics
• Architecture 
• Environmental Engineering or Planning
