With experience that began with CSIRO’s award-winning science and technology Riverside Corporate Park in North Ryde almost 17 years ago, APP has since been involved in a wide and impressive range of property projects such as the redevelopment of the Sydney Cove Passenger Terminal, Victoria Park, ABC site Frenchs Forest and numerous, corporate real estate roles for companies such as MYOB, Cuscal, Daikin Air Conditioners, Australian Defence Credit Union and Janssen Cilag.
Current commissions include:
- Cbus Property’s Client Representative in regard to their JV interest at Sydney's Breakfast Point, a 52 ha (2,065 dwellings) residential infill development site.
- Development Manager for a private landowner(s) for a proposed 240ha employment precinct at Marsden Park. The site is in the process of being rezoned through the Growth Centres Commission and over time will be the largest employment centre in Sydney’s North West.
