Urban Development
APP’s experience spans all aspects of urban development and property. This includes project management and advisory services in the complete development cycle from site master planning, feasibilities, remediation, approvals through to servicing delivery, marketing and sales.
APP has pioneered the use of project management principles to achieve desired outcomes for clients in major planning processes. We have project managed the planning and rezoning processes for some of the most significant urban development sites in NSW Australia and our work has won recognition through UDIA awards in WA and NSW. APP’s property skills and capabilities were formally acknowledged in 2000 when we were awarded the National and State Property Council Award for our work on Riverside Corporate Park in Sydney ’s North Ryde.
