Infrastructure
APP is working closely with Government agencies, Financiers and Contractors APP to deliver several of Australia’s largest and most important infrastructure projects in road, rail, water, energy and port activities.

Our infrastructure experience focuses on:
- Road - APP is currently the Independent Verifier and Financiers' Engineer for the $4.8bn Airport Link, Northern Busway and Airport Roundabout Upgrade project in Brisbane. We are also working on the upgrading of national highways including Ipswich Motorway and Pacific Highway.
- Rail – APP is project managing over $600m in rail projects including a number of major projects such as Cronulla Rail Duplication, and Chatswood Transport interchange.
- Water - water supply, treatment and recycling, including desalination. APP is presently Independent Verifier for the $1.4bn Adelaide Desalination Plant. As Project Director for Sydney Water on the recycled water strategy for Sydney, APP has led a programme for a large recycled water project with a capital value of more than $250 million.
- Energy - Power generation and transmission, in particular renewable energy such as wind farms, and energy demand reduction projects. APP is currently project managing for Transfield Services the first of 14 wind farms to be constructed Australia wide, with a total project value of $3.0b.
Integral to all these services is APP’s environmental and ESD capabilities. We specialize in providing unbiased and commercially oriented advice aimed at getting the best solution for your business. APP works in partnership with clients to shape their sustainability agenda, identify business opportunities, and deliver both corporate and project-based sustainability solutions.
Through our subsidiary AQUAS, APP also offers audit and quality verification services, which can be stand alone assignments or delivered as part of a programme of services across the life of a project. AQUAS is dedicated to the application of best practice management techniques to assist organizations to improve their planning and operational processes, with staff who are highly experienced compliance specialists.
