APP provides the team with industry experience for significant Infrastructure projects in the key service areas of:
- Transport – APP is currently working on delivering over $6.0b in road projects and $600m in rail projects, for clients including RTA, Railcorp, QLD Main Roads, Brisbane City Council and Ministry of Transport. These projects are being delivered using Public Private Partnerships, Alliance contracts and traditional construction contracts.
- Water – Water supply, treatment and recycling. APP works with water authorities including Sydney Water and private clients to deliver on water infrastructure, including reservoirs, treatment plants and transmission.
- Energy – Power generation and transmissions, in particular renewable energy such as wind farms, and demand reduction. APP is working on a number of renewable energy projects with Transfield Services.
APP’s Urban Development experience spans development strategy, management of the approval process including negotiation with government and private entities, development management, urban renewal and Greenfield development. We have a respected reputation for providing independent strategic policy advice to both government and private clients and we have negotiated outcomes on major urban development proposals.
Interwoven with our urban development expertise is the extensive independent, commercial and practical advice that APP offers in the Property sector. Our services and experience span Development Management, Transaction Management, Due Diligence, Site Acquisition, Feasibility Assessment, Financial Modelling, Tenant Advocacy and Corporate Real Estate.

Through our subsidiary AQUAS, APP also offers audit and quality verification services, which can be stand alone assignments or delivered as part of a programme of services across the life of a project. AQUAS is dedicated to the application of best practice management techniques to assist organizations to improve their planning and operational processes, with staff who are highly experienced compliance specialists.
