Transport

APP’s expertise has been engaged on significant transport projects throughout the east coast of Australia, from harbourside passenger terminals to complex land transport distribution centres, to sophisticated transport interchanges that integrate multiple transport links within a highly technical IT environment. APP has demonstrated our depth of skills and experience, particularly in relation to the IT requirements, in managing such projects as the Liverpool to Parramatta Transitway in Western Sydney, and the Bondi Junction Bus/Rail Interchange in Sydney’s east.

In addition to physical transport infrastructure APP manage the planning and feasibility of transport projects. In master planning and development projects, APP plan and negotiate Transport Management and Accessibility Plans on behalf of government and developers. This process entails review of transport demands including major roads and rail, incorporates goverment Policy initiatives such as Action for Transport 2010 and transit oriented development as well as negotiates planning outcomes with transport authorities.
