Since 1995 APP has been providing solutions and management in public and private health care. Our experience extends to all aspects of health care projects including management consulting, client brief definition, master planning, design and construction.

We are mindful of the myriad considerations facing health operators and owners including revenue and cost constraints, the need for an existing facility to remain operational whilst the new project is underway, and the need for flexibility within the project plan to cater for diverse and changing stakeholders. It’s also critical that the delivery team understands both the business and operational revenue and costs for every component, as well as knowing what can be achieved with the project team.

APP understands the sensitivities that all these possibilities present because we’ve dealt with them in all our health projects.
