Major fitout projects often commence with an underlying desire to gain workplace improvements and/or re-engineering. APP can assist clients to navigate their way through the process of realising their change management objectives while delivering a quality fitout with minimum disruption to the business. Because this process can take anywhere from 6 months to 3 years as a project comes to fruition, we know it’s essential to build the right team to ensure clear and workable lines of communication.

APP can offer a number of ways to ensure your fitout project will run smoothly to program, including the option of co-locating our staff in your office during the project. This is particularly beneficial during the project definition and design development phases.

Our relocation staff will also work closely with your internal staff in the critical planning stages of relocation and later when migration plans are underway to ensure that at every stage the transition is seamless and your staff are made to feel welcome and reassured.
