APP has recently completed the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Wet Laboratories and Workshops Upgrade project. This $30M project involves the complete refurbishment of a number of levels across numerous buildings on both Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove Campuses, along with an extensive relocation and change management program of works in order to create world class under graduate and post graduate teaching and research facilities for the university.

APP acted as Project Manager and Superintendent, which meant detailed planning and clear lines on communication were established to provide minimal disruption to the day to day operations of the university and a safe environment for staff and students.  APP’s constant communication was essential to successfully completing each of these projects in line with client expectations, on-time and within-budget.  APP’s Anne Pattearson said: “This project has confirmed APP’s ability to deliver a complex project to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, staff and students.”
