APP was recently engaged to provide initial Project Management services for the redevelopment of the WA Headquarters of WesTrac, the WA Caterpillar franchise located at Guildford, adjacent to Perth Airport. The work includes setting up the Program Management Office, Stakeholder management, preparing Design briefs and Fitout management services for the consolidation of 20 existing buildings into 5 main Buildings on this 18ha site. Construction of the first 18,000m2 building has just commenced and the entire project is scheduled to be completed in 2014.
