APP, in association with Hyder Consulting, has been engaged by DTEI as Independent Verifier for the Seaford Rail Extension project.  The Seaford Rail Extension will provide a new electrified passenger railway and 5.7 km extension of the dual track rail line from Noarlunga to the Seaford District Centre.  The project includes construction of a 1.2 km elevated bridge over the Onkaparinga River, road bridges over the track and new station and bus interchange facilities.  The new line scheduled for operation in late 2013.
