APP has been engaged by Stockland to assist with capital improvements to the Port Adelaide Distribution Centre.  Port Adelaide Distribution Centre is the largest distribution centre in South Australia and comprises 12 separate buildings.  The works include bridge widening, installation of industrial canopies, hardstand replacement and sustainability upgrades.  APP is responsible for the management of consultants, administration of construction works and coordination with existing tenants.
