APP’s real estate group has recently secured a commitment by IKEA to purchase a 73,550sqm parcel of land at Sydney Business Park.  The proposed IKEA store will be Sydney’s third store and at 36,000sqm (approx.) it will be a similar size to the stores recently opened at Tempe (Sydney) and Springvale (Melbourne).
