APP has been appointed Project Manager for the delivery of UnitingCare Health’s new 96 bed hospital in Hervey Bay. The project involves the design and construction of 13,000m2 of new building incorporating 3 new operating theatres, CSSD, Recovery, 3 x 32 Bed ward floors and associated medical centre, radiology, pathology, sleep lab, renal oncology and private medical suites. With the support of the Federal Government this $85m project will be the first in regional Australia to deliver a fully digital hospital and Electronic Medical Record therefore setting the standard for all future healthcare delivery services.
